Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: At this time we do not accept custom orders. However, we will accept custom orders with our wholesalers. For wholesale information, please check on our homepage below under “Wholesale”.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping varies based on delivery location & weight. Shipping is calculated at cart during checkout. Packages are shipped through USPS, FED EX, or UPS shipping zones and customers mailing preference standard or expedited shipping.
Q: How long after I submit my order will it shipped?
A: Orders will ship anywhere between 4 to 16 business days unless otherwise noted.
Digital prints do not require shipping, they are available for download after you submitted your payment.
*LoveTis’True is not responsible for undelivered or undeliverable items in transit which can vary at times. The carrier is responsible for the items delivered in a timely manner we cannot be held reliable for lost orders or delayed mailed.
Q: Do you do rush orders?
A: If you need your order sent rush, please select the best shipping option prior to submitting your order and we will do our best processing your order quickly.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order, there is ONLY a 24 hour window we will honor after you submit your order. To cancel, please email us at lovetistrue@gmail.com
Cancellation does NOT apply to orders sent to printer/production (once production starts on selective items if noted in description such as mugs, totes, t-shirts, these items are "print + ship" that are sent directly to printer (production) after order has been submitted.
LoveTis’True believes in the utmost care of our products and we trust in our business partners (such as mugs, totes, apparel) to make sure all of our products are delivered in the best of care. Each item is uniquely designed by LoveTis'True prior to production and some may vary in style.
