NO REFUNDS will be granted after 24 hours of payment.

If your order is customized or personalized NO EXCHANGES or REFUNDSMugs, drinkware, apparel or personalization no exchanges or refunds once production has begun.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

All orders are shipped accordingly the customers' preferred shipping option at checkout. Once items have been shipped we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

International shipping the customer is responsible for any customs, duties, or other fees when orders are shipped.
