Due to the nature of the fulfillment process to be eligible for a refund, your order must be requested cancellation within 24 hour window after your purchase. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Most of our digital downloads are available for download after purchase. No items will be shipped or mailed only download after you have placed your order.
There are some digital downloads that we offer for FREE and all you need to do is add it to your cart follow the instructions at cart and it will be available to download with no charge.

Do you offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale after I purchased it?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items or orders.
Do you have any discounts I can use before I make a purchase or order?
We do offer discounts for I items. If it's your first time shopping with us you can sign up for our SMS so we can connect and keep you updated with our NEW arrivals or SALES in our shop. We are offering our subscribers 10% off your first purchase or order. In order to receive the code you have to accept our policy and subscribe with us via SMS.
Time to time we run SALES in our SHOP anywhere between 15%-50% off online no discount code is needed.
Do you ship orders as gifts? Can I send a note with my order?
We offer complementary gift wrapping for our mugs. For instances if you would like to send a mug as a gift for your loved one or friend birthday or something special for someone. You can include a note with your gift which will be printed for your recipient and will not include the cost of the gift. In the note section at check out, please type your message for your gift recipient and we will include with their gift order.
Do you offer custom orders or personalized orders?
At this time we do not offer custom orders or personalized orders. However, there are times we may list a product in our store that our customers can personalized but this product must list "custom or personalized" in the description of our product.
Do you offer bulk ordering?
Yes, we offer bulk order of 25+ but that doesn't not mean you qualify for our FREE SHIPPING promotion or any current shop promotions we offer. All bulk orders have a different price rate and orders must be submitted via email firstname.lastname@example.org Please send your emails and include your name, product name and quantity.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged by manufacturer after 14 days after your purchase. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your item is approved or rejected. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for a response. Please contact us at email@example.com.
If I placed my order can I cancel my order?
There is a 24 hour window for any changes to your order the customer is allowed to make prior to processing times. Any time after the 24 hour window is closed you are not allowed to cancel your order with NO exception.
Once I place my order, when does my order get processed? What is your current processing times for orders?
We have a 24 hour window open after you place your order. Following this window your order begins processing, our current processing time (not during peak season) is normally 2-5 business days. Orders purchased during peak months November-December are processed 5-14 business days. The busier the season the longer the process can be affected.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at cart at checkout. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order was cancelled for the reasons stated in our refund policy. If you receive a refund (as refund policy states), the cost of shipping will be included in your refund as stated in our policy (if applicable).
What if my order is damaged during shipping? Can my order be replaced?
We understand there are times that shipping does not go so well and if you ordered such as one of our beautiful mugs, unfortunately gets damaged during shipping. We truly hate to see this happened and we value our products just as much as we do our customers. So, in such cases we will gladly be able to replace your order with a few exceptions.
1. Once you receive your order and after you open your package. Check to see if your order isn't damage. If your item is damage please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, order number, and a clear image (via phone) of the images.
2. Once you sent use notification about a replacement please allow 24 hour window for us to follow up and investigate all the information you have submitted regarding your request.
3. We will then notify you if your request has been approved and we will begin our process with sending you a replacement order.
4. Once your replacement order has begun it can take just about the same amount of time as we would normally process your order, but we will work quickly as we can to make sure it gets to you sooner if possible. So, we appreciate your patience during this process. Thank you!

How long will my order ship out or be delivered? What about shipping delays?
Orders are shipped following our processing times. You will receive email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note during peak seasons Holiday's (i.e. Mother's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc) shipped orders can be affected seasonal due to USPS operations.
Please remember ALL major Federal days recognized by USPS can affect or change the delivery or expected date for your order delivery date. You will receive a notification via email (associated with your order) package shipped including tracking information provided by USPS. Any delays due to USPS (i.e. weather related; high volume of packages shipped during peak seasons) may be the result of delay of your order.
Do you ship P.O. Boxes?
YES! We ship to P.O. Boxes since majority of our orders are shipped through USPS. Please make sure your P.O. Box number is correct prior to submitting your order for purchase.
Is it too late to correct my shipping address once I placed my order?
If you submitted your order and you need to update your shipping address please email us your shipping address changes no later than 24 hrs after your purchase. Any request submitted after the window we will not honor because it affects our processing times and how quickly we are working to get your order completed.
What if my order is lost or stolen? How do I file a claim for lost or stolen package?
I recommend Priority Mail (including any insured such as Express) in case of any instance your order is lost or stolen you can file a claim with USPS. Please allow up to 4 weeks from your shipping date to file any claim with USPS.For more information regarding lost or stolen packages please see USPS.com If you need any further assistance, please contact us email@example.com. Please be sure to include your name and order number in subject line of email and we will gladly assist you with this process.
Do you ship internationally? Do you pay for customs or taxes regarding duties?
YES! We ship internationally around the world, however there are some countries we are restricted from shipping out to. Shipping international can vary due to customs, taxes, duties, and any other shipping regulations pertaining to your country. Please contact your country customs for any information you need to know relating to shipping internationally to United States. The customer is responsible for ALL customs, duties, or taxes relating to their international package shipping and delivery. Please note we are a US based company and our online products are in US dollars.
How long will it take my international order to arrive after shipped?
Please with the nature of Customs & Duties, or taxes please understand that this can affect your expected deliver or shipping. Once your order has been completed and processed and shipped we no longer the capability of tracking or knowing exactly where your order is during the international shipping process. International shipping can possibly take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks to be delivered. Please contact your country customs or international shipping services for tracking your package exact location. However, if you are shipping with USPS Priority International Mail I would recommend this being the best option or USPS Express Priority International Mail delivery so your order is insured during the process if you need to file any claims incase your order is lost, damage or stolen while in transit.
My order is over $75 dollars, but at cart doesn't show discount for Free Shipping?
Only orders in United States over $75 qualify for the shipping discount (Free Shipping). You need to have a US based address to qualify for the Free Shipping and your total order needs to be $75 or more in order for cart to factor in your discount at checkout.
What are your current business hours?
We are open 5 days during the week Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST. We are closed on the weekend Saturday-Sunday. We are also closed on a few major Holidays (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Eve & Day)
