- US orders may arrive approximately 3-10 business days after being shipped.

Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic impact and extremely high order demand, carrier services might need additional 7-16 business days to ship packages anywhere.

After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us within 24 hours. If you do not make any changes to your order within 24 hours, the order will be sent to production. After an order is sent to production you will not be able to cancel your order.

- The design of personalized items cannot be adjusted after the order is successfully finalized.
- You may make changes to your ordered item’s color and/or size unless that change results in any fluctuation in the price of the final item.
